摘要
《浙中城市群规划》是在科学发展观指导下的具有创新性、可操性和地域特色的区域发展规划。从全球角度来看,我国的城镇化正面临人类文明史上人口资源环境压力最严峻的挑战,在此背景下,《浙中城市群规划》的编制需注重产业的可持续、人居环境的可持续、城乡协调的可持续、社会发展的可持续和开放的可持续,并在交通、能源、水等专项规划及规划实施等方面进一步深入研究和完善。
The Central Zhejiang Province Urban Agglomeration Planning effort is an innovative,feasible,and unique planning approach.Global urbanization facing the toughest challenge of population,resources and environment.The new urbanization model used in Zhejiang focuses on sustainable industrial development,human habitation,urban-rural integration,and more openly equitable social development.However,the transportation,energy,water,and implementation components of the plan require further improvement.
