摘要
"两型"社会背景下的咸宁市城市产业升级态势逐渐明显,针对其目前的自然生态环境资源保育与快速城市化、产业化发展趋势间的矛盾,提出产业结构"两型化"转型、生态资源"特色化"融合、空间布局"适宜化"重构三大应对策略,建立以生态环境维育为导向的咸宁市产业空间布局模式,在顺应城市化与产业化高速发展的同时,兼顾城市生态资源的保护与利用,彰显城市特色,促进城市在"两型"社会背景下健康、可持续发展。
The upgrading of Xianning＇s urban industries is based on two objectives,ecological sensitivity and energy efficiency.These objectives are intended to address the inherent conflicts of natural resource preservation,rapid urbanization,and industrial development.With these objectives,the transition to modern industry can be realized in an ecologically friendly manner so that the city may benefit from healthy sustainable development.
