医疗保险参与影响因素研究:基于我国健康与营养调查数据的分析

Study on Influencing Factors of Medical Insurance Based on China Health and Nutrition Survey data Analysis

基于我国健康与营养调查2004年和2006年微观数据,应用二元logit模型对影响我国城乡居民医疗保险参与的因素进行了计量分析,并比较了近,两年的发展变化情况。研究结果表明,年龄、婚姻状况、教育程度、家庭收入、地理因素和城乡差别均对我国成年人参与医疗保险产生影响。年龄、婚姻状况、家庭收入和单位类型的影响均出现了不同程度的减弱。城乡差别和地理位置成为影响我国城乡居民医疗保险参与的重要因素。

Based on micro data of China health and nutrition survey in 2004 and 2006, a binary logit model is applied to do econometric analysis of the influencing factor of China＇s urban and rural residents participating in the medical insurance and to compare the development and changes in the last two years. Findings indicate that the age, marital status, education level, household income, and geographic factors, and urban-rural gap all have impacts on China＇s adults participating in medical insurance. The impact of age, mari- tal status, household income and the type of unit all have been varying degrees of decline. Urban-rural gap and geographical location are the important influencing factors in participating in medical insurance to China＇s urban and rural residents.
