摘要
通过现场调查分析我国典型地区新型农村合作医疗以地市级为统筹层次试点经办机构设置、职责分工和统筹基金管理主体等管理体制现状,分析其优缺点,提出适宜的新型农村合作医疗地市统筹管理体制。
Through on-site investigation and analysis of new cooperative rural medicine in typical areas, the management status quo of agency setting, division of medical system and fund management system coordination etc is handled. It＇ s strengths and weakness- es are analyzed and appropriate management system for municipal-level of the city is made.
