摘要
介绍了1(1/2)维谱算法的基础,利用1(1/2)维谱识别了二次相位耦合这一非线性现象,克服传统频谱分析不提供相位信息的缺陷,并将它应用到球轴承缺陷诊断中。结果表明,1(1/2)维谱能够有效诊断出球轴承的缺陷,为球轴承缺陷的诊断提供了一种新的方法。
The algorithm of 1(1/2) dimension spectrum is introduced and the quadratic phase coupling is detected by the 1(1/2) dimension spectrum.The drawback of the traditional spectrum analysis,loss of phase information,is overcome by 1(1/2) dimension spectrum.This method is also applied to the defect diagnosis of ball bearings.Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective in the detection of defects of the ball bearings.
