Development and Application of BCJ Multi-function Charge Truck

文章简要介绍了BCJ多功能装药车的结构、工作原理及应用。该车实现了乳化炸药、铵油炸药和重铵油炸药3种炸药的现场混制,可在同一爆破现场或同一炮孔内装填不同品种炸药。现场混装重铵油炸药使用常温乳胶基质,铵油炸药含量为10%～90%,产品性能可调,可满足不同爆破工程需要。

This paper briefly introduces the structure, working principle and application of BCJ multi-function charge truck. The truck achieved emulsion explosives, ANFO and heavy ANFO explosives on-site mixing system, and can fill different types of explosives on the same field or in the same hole. H-ANFO use room temperature latex matrix and contain ANFO whose content at 10% - 90%, and its products performance are adjustable to meet different blasting requirement.
