One-step synthesis of (S)-1,2,4-butanetriol via (S)-3-hydroxy-γ-butyrolactone

摘要 文章研究了(S)-1,2,4-丁三醇的合成与有机结构分析,以(S)-3-羟基-γ-丁内酯为底物,采用硼氢化钠为还原剂反应生成(S)-1,2,4-丁三醇,运用旋光度测试、红外光谱以及核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征,解析光谱数据证实目标产物的结构,一步反应制备产品,收率达82%,反应条件温和、易操作。 This paper studies the synthesis and organic structure of (S)-1, 2,4-butanetriol. (S)-1, 2,4- butanetriol was synthesized by using (S)-3-hydroxy-γ-butyrolaetone as raw material and reduced by sodium borohydried. Its structure is characterized by the specific rotation test, IR and 1H-NMR. The spectral data analysis confirms the structure of the target product. The production route is one-step with the yield up to 82% and reaction condition is mild and easy-to-handle
