摘要
在本电阻温度T_(C zero)达120K的TIBaCa_3Cu_3O_y超导体中,掺入不同含量的Pb后,超导电性受到抑制,点阵常数减小。加压时,T_C先随压力 p的增加而上升,样品 1(x_(Pb)=0.05)的dT_(Cz)/dp=1.7K/GPa,样品2(x_(Pb)=0.5)的dT_(Cz)/dp=2.2 K/GPa。T_C的峰值随Pb的增加而减小。加压时,对由于 Pb的加入引起的Cu—O层的精细结构变化起到调制作用。
Pb doped TIBaCaCuO compounds with nominal composition TlPbxBaCa3Cu3Oy have been synthesized and their physical properties have been studied. The pressure-dependence of Tc has also been studied. It is found that Tc increases with pressure at a rate of dTczero/dp=2.2 K/GPa for x=0. 5. which is higher than dTCzero/dp= 1.8 K/GPa for pure TIBaCaCuO.
