摘要
介绍了200 kt/a硫磺制酸装置设计特点和运行情况。该装置设计采用高温热副线、蓄热式柴油升温、双支撑单吸入单级离心风机、瓷质规整填料、三塔一槽配置,达到了节能、节材的目的。装置运行两年多来,各项工艺指标均达到或超过设计值,转化率达到99.85%,吸收率达到99.99%,中压过热蒸汽产率1.20t/t,尾气ρ(SO_2)低于600 mg/m^3。
Design features and operation of 200 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant are described.The plant is designed with high-temperature bypass,regenerative diesel fuel wanning,double-support-single-suction-single -stage centrifugal blower,ceramic structured packing and three-tower-one-tank allocation,to save energy and materials.The plant has operated for more than two year with every index reaching or superior to design value, conversion efficiency 99.85%,absorption efficiency 99.99%,tail gas SO_2 concentration lower than 600 mg/m^3 and MP superheated steam yield over 1.20 t/t.
