介绍了200 kt/a锌冶炼烟气制酸装置工艺流程、DCS系统组成及控制参数、控制要求。利用DCS系统实现对沸腾炉、废热锅炉、收尘净化工序、转化工序、干吸工序重要参数进行检测、控制,通过设备联锁和PID控制,确保装置安全稳定运行,提高了生产效率、减轻了工人的劳动强度。

Process flow of a 200 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on zinc smelter off-gas and its DCS＇s components, control parameters and control requirementsare are described.Important parameters of fluidized-bed roaster, waste heat boiler,dust recovery and cleaning section,conversion section,drying and absorption section were monitored and controlled by DCS through interlocking of equipment and PID control to ensure the plant safe and stable operation,resulting in increased productivity and reduced labor intensity.
