摘要 为实现对工业现场计量泵的远程控制,设计了一种基于ARM7微控制器LPC2368的以太网和CAN总线协议转换器。介绍了协议转换器各组成部分的硬件电路图及软件流程图。以有限状态机思想实现以太网部分TCP协议,以Modbus协议作为CAN总线应用层协议控制计量泵,给出了一种以太网-CAN总线协议互联的方法。系统结构简单,成本低廉,初步运行结果表明:以太网-CAN总线协议互联方法运行可靠、稳定,具有较好的实用价值。 In order to achieve metering pump remote control,a design of Ethernet-CAN bus protocol converter based on ARM7 microprocessor LPC2368 was put forward.The system hardware circuit and software flow chart were given,finite state machine was used to program TCP protocol,with Modbus protocol as CAN bus application layer protocol to control pump,finally a scheme to connect Ethernet and CAN bus was given.The results show that the system has simple structure,works steadily,low-cost,and has the excellent practical value.
