摘要
目的:探讨角花胡颓子茎叶水煎液各萃取部位的抗炎镇痛作用,为进一步寻找活性成分的研究奠定基础。方法:采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿胀和毛细血管通透性的方法观察角花胡颓子各萃取部位抗炎作用,采用热板法和醋酸扭体法观察角花胡颓子镇痛作用。结果:角花胡颓子乙酸乙酯萃取层、齐墩果酸能明显的抑制小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.05);正丁醇萃取层、齐墩果酸能抑制醋酸致小鼠毛细管通透性增加(P<0.05);角花胡颓子各部位对小鼠痛阈与扭体反应无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:角花胡颓子乙酸乙酯层、正丁醇层萃取部位为抗炎有效部位。
Objective: To explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesia activities of each partitioned fraction of the decoction extract of stems and leaves of Elaeagnus gonyanthes in the pursuit of its active constituents.Methods: The anti-inflammatory effects of each partitioned fraction were studied on ear-swelling and capillary permeability models of mice induced by xylene,analgesia effects were tested on pain mice models prepared by hotplate and acetic acid.Results: Both ethyl acetate and oleanolic acid extract of Elaeagnus gonyanthes could significantly inhibit the ear-swelling effects(P0.05),n-butanol extract and oleanolic acid extract could prohibit the increase of capillary permeability in the studied models(P0.05).No fraction of this plant showed significant influence on the threshold of pain and writhing response in the models(P0.05).Conclusions: The ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts of Elaeagnus gonyanthes are effective fractions responsible for its anti-inflammatory and analgesia activities.
