盐酸苯海索治疗帕金森病及其综合征震颤观察

Effects of benzhexol hydrochloride on Parkinson and Parkinson syndrome

目的:观察盐酸苯海索对帕金森和帕金森综合征震颤的治疗效果。方法:将2008年9月～2010年12月本院神经内科患者60例,分为帕金森病组30例和帕金森综合征组30例。两组分别给予同样剂量的盐酸苯海索2 mg,每日1次,每例患者治疗前、后对疗效进行wbster量表评分。结果:帕金森组显效率为42.42%比帕金森综合征组为36.36%高,但差别无显著性意义。结论:帕金森病和帕金森综合征患者所出现的震颤均是多巴胺和乙酰胆碱失调引起,在没有其他禁忌证的情况下都可给予盐酸苯海索来减轻症状。

Objective： To observe the effects of benzhexol hydrochloride on Parkinson and Parkinson syndrome.Methods： Sixty patients that were admitted to the Neurology Department of our hospital were divided into Parkinson and Parkinson syndrome group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with benzhexol hydrochloride,30 mg,once per day.Each patient was evaluated by Webster scoring scale before and after the treatment.Results： the rate of obvious effects was 42.425,higher than 36.36% of the Parkinson group,but the difference was not significant.Conclusions：Both parkinson and parkinson syndrome are caused by unbalance of dopamine and acetylcholine,and can be alleviate by benzhexol hydrochloride if there is no contraindications.
