头颈部皮脂腺囊肿的微创治疗42例分析

Analysis of 42 cases with head and neck sebaceous cyst treated by minimally invasive therapy

目的:探讨电离子微创法治疗头颈部皮脂腺囊肿的临床效果。方法:将2005年6月～2009年6月治疗的头颈部皮脂腺囊肿81例,随机分为试验组42例(使用电离子微创法治疗),对照组39例(进行常规手术治疗)。结果:本组资料显示,手术创口长度与病变长径之比试验组平均为1∶3.0,对照组为1∶0.85,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。手术费用试验组平均39.4元/例,对照组平均180元/例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。而病变体积与失血量之比试验组平均为1:0.85,对照组为1:1.5,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电离子微创法治疗头颈部皮脂腺囊肿创伤小、费用低、治疗时间短、效果佳,是比较理想的皮脂腺囊肿治疗手段。

Objective： To observe clinical application of minimally invasive treatment in head and neck sebaceous cyst.Methods： A total of 81 cases with head and neck sebaceous cyst from June 2005 to June 2009 were selected,and randomly divided into experiment group with 42 cases and control group with 39 cases.Patients in experiment group underwent minimally invasive ionization treatment,while control groupwith conventional surgery.Results： The ratio of surgical wound length and lesion long diameter was 1∶3.0,and the mean operative cost was 40 yuan each in the experiment group;while 1∶0.85 and 180 yuan in the control group,with significant statistical difference between two groups.But no significant difference was found in the ratio of lesion volume and blood loss（P0.05）.Conclusions： With minimal incision,low-cost,short treatment time and good effect,minimally invasive treatment is a ideal option for treating sebaceous cyst.
