摘要
以反式白藜芦醇为材料,通过不同溶剂和光照条件下反式白藜芦醇向顺式异构体转化过程进行试验,采用HPLC法分析白藜芦醇由反式向顺式转化情况,结果表明,溶剂种类和光照条件对顺式白藜芦醇转化率和纯度均有十分重要的影响。
Using trans-resveratrol as raw material, effects of solvents and lights on resveratrol transformation from trans- to cis-were studied with HPLC analysis. The results showed thattyoes of solvents and lightening conditions had important effects on conversion and purity of cis-resvemtrol.
