以枸杞为特色原料,确定发酵工艺条件,配以人参浸提液,经调配制成风味独特,具有保健功能的枸杞酿造酒。
Using as the specific materials, fermentation techniques of medlar wine were studied. Wine was formulated with blending with ginseng extracts. The medlar wine has unique flavour and healthy functions.
