摘要
以传统中医保健养生理论为依据,根据我国古代传统经典配方,在黄酒中添加6味保健名贵中药材,经科学加工、组合、粉碎,并在黄酒酿造过程中加入至酒醪分解和糖化发酵,最后经压榨、分离、勾调、冷冻、过滤、杀菌而成的延寿养生酒,产品具有独特风味及保健益寿延年功能。
Based on theory of traditional Chinese medical and traditional typical formulars, 6 types of famours Chinese herbs were added in rice wine. After scientifically grounding, proceesing and mixing, health protection wine was obtained after addition of ground materials during saaccharifiea- tion, fermentation for degradation of plant materials and alchol production, followed with press, separation, blending, freezing, filtration and sterilization. The product had specific flavours and healthy functions.
