对外贸易与自主创新——基于企业技术创新投入的分析

Foreign Trade and Independent Innovation——Analysis Based on Enterprises' Innovation Input

文章从我国企业创新投入不足的现状出发,分析了我国对外贸易对自主创新的影响。分析表明,由于创新投入只能来自于企业获得的超额利润,我国企业的垄断程度较低是产生创新投入不足问题的原因。由于发展中国家和发达国家之间的国际贸易伴随着垄断利润从发展中国家向发达国家的转移,因此,对外贸易会进一步减少我国的技术创新投入。文章认为我国应该实施战略性贸易政策,来改变国际贸易对于技术创新的不利影响,并提出具体的政策建议。

This paper analyses the impact of foreign trade on innovation.The analysis shows that because innovation input can only come from monopoly profits,so insufficient problem of enterprises＇ innovation input in China is due to their low market power.As the international trade between the developing and developed countries transfer monopoly profits from developing countries to developed countries,so the foreign trade will reduce the input of innovation in China.This paper suggests that China should implement strategic trade policy to change the adverse effects of foreign trade on innovation.
