摘要
作为融合企业与地域的环境适应学观点,半全球化视角突破了跨国公司所强调的全球化与本土化的两极观点,强调基于企业特性与地域特性的协同定位。在半全球化视角下,基于五个案例所进行的民族志式的实地研究,结合多重案例分析,结果显示:第一,跨国公司所在国与东道国之间差异的存在性,引发了跨国公司在该国设立具有不同职能地区总部的动机;第二,不同类型的地域差异、企业特性、事业特性差异,会对跨国公司地区总部的地域统括职能产生影响,并导致与之相对应的职能类型建构。
Combining the aspect of business with location,semiglobalization is the view of environment adaptation,which breaks through the opposite extreme of globalization and localization and addresses the co-location of business and location.Deriving from semiglobalization and based on field study of five cases,the analysis of multiple cases shows that:first,the existence of differences between the country that multinational corporations located and the country that they came into may stimulate their motivation of establishing regional headquarters for different function;second,different types of geographic difference,firm difference and business difference may influence the regional governance function of regional headquarters and result in correspondent functions.
