介绍了氯化物镀锌液中铁、铜、铅等金属杂质的产生原因以及对镀层的影响。其去除方法是:先以工业级高锰酸钾氧化,然后加入高纯细锌粉还原,最后沉淀过滤。处理后应采用双氧水将过量的高锰酸钾去除,调整pH,以及补加光亮剂。
The origin of metallic impurities such as iron, copper and lead in chloride zinc plating bath and their effects on deposit were described. The removal method is as follows. First, oxidation with industrial-grade potassium permanganate; second, reduction with fine high-purity zinc powder; third, precipitation and filtration. After above treatments, the removal of excess potassium permanganate using hydrogen peroxide, adjustment ofpH and replenishment of brightening agent should be performed.
