Determination of lead and cadmium in the nickel coating on metal surface

摘要 将金属镀镍材料在210℃、10%(体积分数)的HCl中退镀15min,然后用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP—MS)测定退镀液中铅和镉含量。根据退镀量及所测含量,计算出镀层中铅和镉的含量。该方法的铅、镉检出限分别为0.10mg/kg和0.18mg/kg,实际样品分析的相对标准偏差分别为3.33%和4.07%,加标平均回收率为94.5%~107%,能满足镀层有害物质检测相关规定的要求。 The sample of nickel-coated metal was stripped in 10% (volume fraction) HCl solution at 210 ℃ for 15 min. The contents of lead and cadmium in the solution were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and their contents in the coating were calculated. The detection limit, relative standard deviation and average recovery of lead and cadmium were found to be 0.10 and 0.18 mg/kg, 3.33% and 4.07%, 94.5%-107%, respectively. The method can meet the requirement of the corresponding regulations.
