本文分为两部分刊出。第一部分主要介绍集装箱配套涂料国际标准，并论述了我国集装箱涂料的发展状况。
This article is to be published in two parts. In the first part, the international standards for container accessory coatings were introduced, and the development status of container coatings in China was discussed.
