摘要
目的探讨茜草多糖对运动训练大鼠股四头肌线粒体抗氧化能力以及ATP酶活性影响的机制。方法建立运动训练动物模型,测试大鼠股四头肌线粒体ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及过氧化氢(H2O2)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果服用茜草多糖组大鼠力竭运动后股四头肌线粒体SOD,GSH-Px,CAT酶活性较显著高于运动对照组(P<0.05);MDA和H2O2含量极显著低于运动对照组(P<0.01);股四头肌线粒体ATPase活性较显著高于运动对照组(P<0.05)。结论茜草多糖可以改善长时间大强度耐力运动中股四头肌线粒体的氧化应激水平,保护线粒体ATPase的活性,有利于运动中股四头肌线粒体结构和功能的完整性,可作为耐力运动员的运动补剂进行深入的开发和利用。
Aim To explore the mechanism of Rubia cordifolia amylose impacting on skeletal muscle mitochondrial free radical metabolism and activities of ATPase in trained-indurance mice. Methods The model of maximal training for animal is set up to test the activities of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,the concentration of MDA. The result shows that after exhaustive exercise the activities of ATPase,SOD,GSH-Px,CAT with Rubia cordifolia amylose group are significantly higher than that of control group( P 0. 05). Results The concentration of MDA and H2O2 with Rubia cordifolia amylose group are observably lower than that of control group( P 0. 01) ; the activities of ATPase in skeletal muscle mitochondrial are observably higher than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Rubia cordifolia amylose supplement can amend the oxidation and respond level of skeletal muscle mitochondrial during great intensity endurance training,and ensure the normal shape and function of skeletal muscle mitochondrial. It can be used as an effective sports nutritional supplement for endurance training athletes.
