目的通过对物流园区概念的剖析,达到确定城市物流园区规划建设需求的目的,从而为城市物流提供科学的运营平台。方法通过大量市场调研、案例分析、查阅文件,与模型预测相结合,加以定性、定量分析的手段来讨论物流园区需求问题。结果通过对物流园区需求的分析,明确了区域物流体系中物流园区数量与规模制定,从而保证其规划建设的合理性。结论在物流园区的规划建设中,采用科学的、系统的、与经济数据、产业状况相结合的方法是尤为重要的。

Aim To reach the planning and construction demand for logistic park by analyzing the core concept and to provide scientific urban logistics operation platform as main point. Methods Discussing the problem of logistic demand by market research, case study and analysis, literature review. Results The logistic park＇s development should be combined with model concept, scientific, systematic and economic data. Conclusion Through the analy- sis of the demand of logistics park, the logistic park is ensured in the side of planning and construction＇s develop- ment in the positive way.
