兆瓦级风力发电电伺服独立变桨控制系统的设计 被引量:6

摘要 设计一种基于多套备用电源的电伺服独立变桨系统,首先描述了该系统的系统结构设计及其特点,然后根据变桨速度和力矩的要求设计了伺服驱动系统,并根据备用电源的工作特点对备用电源的电压和容量进行了设计计算。实验结果表明,该系统具有较高的响应速度和控制精度,完全满足兆瓦级风力发电系统对于桨叶控制的要求,具有较高的可靠性和安全性,有着良好的应用前景和使用价值。 Based on a multi-set of standby power supply,a kind of independent electric pitch control system was designed.The architecture and features of the system were first described,and then designed the servo drive system according to the speed and torque requirements of the motor,and meanwhile calculated and designed.The experimental results show that the system has a high response speed and control precision,which fully meet the requirements of control of the pitch system in MW class wind turbine system,and at the same time the system has higher reliability and safety,have a good prospect and the value of application.
