摘要 目的观察血浆置换治疗血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)的疗效。方法以新鲜血浆为置换液进行血浆置换。结果 7例患者中1例死亡,6例好转出院。结论血浆置换是TTP的首选治疗方法,它能够降低患者的病死率,效果肯定。 Objective To observe the effect of plasma exchange（PE） on patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura（TTP）.Methods 7 patients received PE and drugs treatment.Results 6 patients with PE treatment were survival,1 patient was dead.Conclusion PE is good choice for TTP.
