艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on efficacy of intrapleural injection of sodium aidi-injection and cisplatin intreatment of malignant pleural effusion.

目的观察艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水的临床疗效。方法采用胸腔内置管将胸水放净后,对照组腔内注入顺铂及艾迪注射液,治疗组在对照组的基础上加艾迪注射液静脉滴注。结果治疗组缓解率(CR+PR)86.36%,对照组缓解率64.70%,P<0.05;KPS评分与治疗前比较治疗组升高率90.9%,对照组升高率70.59%,P<0.05;治疗组不良反应阳性率9.09%,对照组不良反应阳性率17.65%,P<0.05。结论顺铂联合艾迪注射液胸腔注射并静脉滴注艾迪治疗恶性胸水能有效控制胸腔积液的增长速度,较好地提高患者的生存质量、减轻患者痛苦,同时能在一定程度上减轻化疗药物对机体的不良反应。

Objective To observe aidi-injection and cisplatin intreatment of malignant pleural effusion clinical efficacy.Methods Using built-in chest tubes to release the net pleural effu-sion,in the control group into the cavity and cisplatin aidi-injection,the treatment group were aidi-injection intravenously guttae.Results In the treatment group remission rate of 86.36 percent in the control group remission rate of 64.70%,P0.05;KPS score before treatment and the treatment group compared with 90.9 percent rate of increase in the control group increased the rate of 70.59%,P0.05;drug treatment group Vice-positive rate of 90.9 percent in the control group toxicitypositive rate of 17.65%,P0.05.Conclusion Methods of cisplatin association with aidi-injection into thoracic cavity combining aidi-injection intravenously guttae in the treatment of in malignantpleural effusion can effectively control the growth rate,the better to improve the patients′quality of life,to alleviate the suffering of patients and at the same time to a certain exten,treduce the chemotherapy drugs on the body of drugs side-effects.
