前列腺增生并发膀胱结石的同期微创处理

Concurrent microinvasive treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia combined with bladder stone.

目的总结电切镜、大力碎石钳同期处理前列腺增生(BPH)并发膀胱结石的经验。方法采用经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)加膀胱大力碎石钳碎石术同期治疗前列腺增生并发膀胱结石患者30例,观察其术后治疗效果。结果 30例均一次手术成功,术中无膀胱穿孔、TURP综合征发生,术后无继发出血、严重感染发生,1例术后并发前尿道狭窄。结论采用经TURP加膀胱大力碎石钳碎石术是同期治疗BPH并发膀胱结石的最理想方法,具有微创、恢复快、安全的优点。

Objective To sumarise the concurrent treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH） combined with bladder stone using resectoscope and Iithorite.Methods Thirty consecutive BPH patients combined with bladder stone were treated by transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP） with Iithotripsy.The therapeutic effects were observed postoperatively.Results The operations were succesful.There were no bladder perforation,transurethral resection syndrome during operation,and there were no secondary hemorrhage,severe infection postoperatively.Only 1 case had anterior urethral stricture postoperatively.Conclusions It is the most optimal method to treat BPH combined with bladder stone concurrently by TURP and Iithotripsy and it has advantages of microinvasion,rapid-recovery and safety.
