CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入治疗肺癌的临床分析

摘要 目的观察125I粒子植入治疗肺癌的临床疗法。方法 25例均不适宜行外科手术治疗的恶性肿瘤患者,行CT导引下瘤体内125I粒子植入,其中原发肺癌16例,转移性肺癌9例。根据治疗计划系统(TPS)计算布源,采用18.5~37MBq活度的125I粒子,粒子间距一般在1.0~1.5cm左右。结果随诊CT复查25例患者:CR 8个,PR 10个,NC 7个。总有效率(CR+PR)为72%。结论 125I粒子永久性植入治疗肺癌效果满意,并发症少,易于防护,有良好的临床应用前景。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 125I implantation tretment to the lung cancer.Methods CT guided radioactive seed 125I implantation was performed in 25 cases,16 cases were primary carcinoma and 9 cases were metastatic carcinoma in this group.Under CT guidance,125I seeds were implanted into tumor according TPS.Plane implanted technique was adopted with125I seeds of 18.5~37MBq at a distance of 1.0~1.5cm.Results Among 14 lesions in 25 cases,6 obtained CR,12 PR and 7NC.All effeicicy(CR+PR)is 72%.Conclusion 125I permanent implant particles satisfied with the effectiveness of the treatment of lung cancer for less complications and easy-to-protection.There are good prospects for clinical application.
