摘要
应用面板数据随机前沿方法考察了中国高技术产业R&D与技术效率之间的关系.研究发现:高技术产业的技术效率水平较低,但总体上稳步上升;高技术产业各行业的技术效率存在显著差异而且差距有扩大趋势;R&D对技术效率具有显著的正向促进作用.
Using stochastic frontier approach with panel data, it inspects the relationship between R&D and technical efficiency of high-tech industries in China. It draws three research results. Firstly, technical efficiency level of hightech industries in China is low, but has been improved steadily as a whole. Secondly, there are remarkable differences among the technical efficiencies of different high-tech industries, and the gap is increasing. Thirdly, R&D has significant positive effect on technical efficiency.
