桃红解毒化瘀汤治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Taohongjieduhuayu Decoction on allergic purpura

目的观察中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法对照组40例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组42例运用桃红解毒化瘀汤配合西医常规治疗。结果对照组总有效率82%,治疗组总有效率93%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜疗效较单纯西医常规治疗效果好。

Objective It is to observe the therapy effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on allergic purpura.Methods 42 patients treated with conventional treatment plus Taohongjieduhuayu Decoction in treatment group,30 patients treated with conventional medicine alone in control group.Results The total effective rate was 93% in treatment group,and was 82% in control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment alone,the therapy of conventional treatment plus Chinese medicine on allergic purpura is more efficiency.
