分析了新时期中职学校班主任工作的特殊性和重要性,结合实际工作经验,提出了具体的管理方法,认为搞好中职学校班主任工作,应把班风建设、学风建设作为工作重点;加强班级团队精神教育;做好后进生的教育转化工作。

Combined with the practical work experience and analyzed the specialty and significance of the class sponsors in vocational schools in the new period, this paper proposes specific management methods such as constructing good classes and good studying atmosphere as a priority, strengthening the education of class team spirit and transforming education for the slow Students.
