摘要
通过调查广西乒乓球基层教练的现状以及其它相关因素,分析如何有效地提高基层教练员的工作积极性和进一步改善外部条件,促进广西少年儿童乒乓球技术水平的不断提高。
Based on the investigation to the current situation of primary table tennis coaches and relevant factors in Guangxi, this paper analyzes the ways to increase the work positivity of coaches and the ways to improve the external conditions of table tennis training. So far, the technical level of table tennis in Guangxi youth could be improved constantly.
