高职测绘专业“工学结合”人才培养模式的研究与实践

Study and Practice of Talent Foster Mode on Cooperation of Learning with Working in Surveying and Mapping Specialty for High Vocational Education

"工学结合"人才培养模式改革是当前高职教育的热点和难点问题。以昆明冶金高等专科学校测绘专业所构建的"学做相融,全真训练"的人才培养模式为例,结合高职测绘教学的特点,阐述了其具体的实施途径和方法,以便为高职测绘类专业的办学提供参考。

＂Cooperation of learning with working＂ talent cultivation mode of the current vocational education reform is a hot spot and difficult problems.For example,the surveying and mapping specialty in Kunming Metallurgy College to build a training model about ＂learning to do blending,full training＂,combining the characteristics of vocational teaching surveying and mapping,this paper described the implementation of the specific ways and means,and an attempt to vocational schools provide professional surveying and mapping class can learn some of the teaching experience.
