美国对华地缘战略层次架构及中国崛起的选择

America’s Geostrategic Stratiform Frame Towards China and China’s Choice for its Rising

随着中国崛起,美国对华地缘战略中围堵的一面时时显现。但受制于多种因素,美国的围堵也并非对中国全部地缘等力施压,而是根据战略重点及实际情况划分出若干层次,针对不同层次施加不同压力。基于此,中国在崛起中必须处理好敢于崛起与善于崛起的关系,即一方面要有崛起的勇气,另一方面也要避免莽撞,从而在新世纪实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

With China’s rising,the encircle side of America’s geostrategy towards China appears notable from time to time.But America doesn’t exert balance pressure towards China’s whole region.It divides different stratiform according to strategic importance or reality,and exerts different pressure to them.That reflects America’s contradictory mind towards China’s rising.So China should deal well with the relationship between daring rising and being good at rising.That is to say,if China want to revival in the new century,on one side it should have the rising courage and on the other side it should avoid impetuosity.
