摘要
目的:对阿托品、东莨菪碱和樟柳碱等药物对映体的手性分离进行研究。方法:用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE),分别以β环糊精(βCD)和羧甲基β环糊精(CMβCD)为手性选择剂。结果:CMβCD可使阿托品和东莨菪碱的对映体得到部分分离,使樟柳碱的对映体得到完全分离;βCD未能拆分阿托品和东莨菪碱的对映体,仅使樟柳碱的对映体得到部分分离。
OBJECTIVE:Study for the chiral separation of the racemic atropine,scopolamine and anisodine.METHODS:High performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) had been used for the chiral separation with β cyclodextrin(β CD) and 2,6 di Ocarboxymethyl β cyclodextrin(CM β CD) as the chiral selectors employing bare fused silica capillary.RESULTS:β CD could not give enantiomeric resolution for atropin and scopolamine.CM β CD gave a baseline chiral separation for anisodine and partial chiral separation for atropin and scopolamine.CONCLUSIONS:CM β CD has stronger recognition than that of β CD for the chiral separation of the basic drugs under study.
