高县医疗机构消毒监测结果分析

Surveillance of Disinfection in Medical Institutions in Gaoxian County

目的掌握高县各类医疗机构消毒工作状况,为提高消毒质量提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15982-1995执行。结果 2006-2009年样品合格率依次为68.46%、69.21%、76.80%和89.66%。结论高县医疗机构消毒效果合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但仍存在一些问题,卫生行政部门和疾控机构应加大监督和监测力度。

Objective To understand the performance of disinfection in the medical institutions in Gaoxian and provide scientific evidence for the improvement of the disinfection.Methods The surveillance was conducted according to ＂Sterilization technical specifications＂ and ＂Hygienic standard for hospital disinfection ＂（GB15982-1995） issued by the Ministry of Health.Results The qualified rate was 68.46% in 2006,69.21% in 2007,76.80% in 2008 and 89.66% in 2009.Conclusion The qualified rate of the disinfection in medical institutions in Gaoxian increased by year,but problems still existed.It is necessary for the health authority and center for disease control and prevention to strengthen the supervision and surveillance.
