摘要
从环境中分离得到降解纤维素的细菌、放线菌、真菌等,将其制成具有协同作用的降解纤维素复合菌剂,研究其应用于秸秆堆肥的催腐熟效果。分别就堆肥的温度、含水率、pH值、全碳、全氮含量、粗灰分、粗纤维含量、微生物数量、耗氧速率、种子发芽率等指标进行研究。各项指标分别在堆肥的发热阶段、高温阶段、降温阶段和保温阶段呈较规律的变化规律,综合评定各指标可知,加入该菌剂的秸秆堆肥的腐熟时间和同期腐熟程度都较对照秸秆堆肥的快和强。由此可得,该菌剂具有对秸秆堆肥的催腐熟能力,为解决秸秆对环境造成的危害创造了可能。
A complex cellulose-decomposing manufacture was made from bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi strains,which were isolated and screened from the soil and compost of garbage.This manufacture of crop straw was researched by the aerobic compost experiment.The indexes of temperature,water content,pH,C/N ratio,ash content,coarse fiber content,SOUR and seed germination were observed,respectively.The results showed that the compost mixed with complex manufacture had better effect on decomposition than the controlled.Hence,compost inoculated with the mixed manufacture had the potential to resolve the problem that discarded crop straw was harmful to the environment.
