摘要
采用分光光度法测定液体肥料中柠檬酸的含量。实验结果表明,柠檬酸的含量与吸光度呈良好线性关系,平均回收率98.28%,相对标准偏差0.63%。该方法简便、准确可行、灵敏度高。
The concentration of ctric acid was determined by visibilty spectrometry.The concentration of ctric acid has favourable linearization with their absovbency.The average recycle efficienay is 98.28% and the relalively standard is 0.63%.The method is simple,sensitive and exact.
