摘要
对合成气一步直接合成乙二醇反应过程进行了反应焓变、Gibbs自由能和平衡常数的计算。通过计算,定量分析了温度对平衡常数的影响,得到在大于354.7K时,Gibbs自由能大于零,反应进行较困难;低温高压有利于反应。本文的研究结果为深入研究开发该反应工艺提供了理论依据。
The enthalpy,Gibbs free energy and equilibrium constants for the direct synthesis of ethylene glycol from synthesis gas were calculated.The temperature dependence of equilibrium constant was presented.It showed that Gibbs free energy is more than zero and the reaction is difficult when the temperature is above 345.7K.Low temperature and high pressure are favored to the reaction.The study results provided a theoretical basis for further research and development of this reaction process.
