肾炎防衰液对肾间质纤维化防治作用的实验研究

Research of Shenyan Fangshuaiye on Prevention of Renal Interstitial Fibrosis

目的:动态观察肾炎防衰液对单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)所致肾间质纤维化大鼠TGF-β1表达的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:111只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、对照组、肾炎防衰液大、中、小剂量组。分别在术后第2周、第4周处死动物,采用免疫组化方法检测肾组织中TGF-β1蛋白表达。结果:随着梗阻时间的延长,模型组大鼠肾组织TGF-β1表达增加;与模型组各对应时间点比较,肾炎防衰液治疗后可使肾组织中的TGF-β1表达明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:肾炎防衰液可通过抑制TGF-β1表达,减轻肾间质纤维化。

Objective:to observe dynamically the effect of Shenyan Fangshuaiye on TGF-β1 expression induced by UUO,and to explore the mechanism.Methods:111 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham operation group,model group,control group,high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups.The animals were killed respectively two and four weeks after operation,and TGF-β1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:as the obstruction time went on,TGF-β1 expression of model group increased;compared with model group at each point,TGF-β1 expression decreased significantly after the administration of Shenyan Fangshuaiye(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenyan Fangshuaiye can reduce renal interstitial fibrosis by inhibiting the expression of TGF-β1.
