内河航道图的矢量化研究与实现

Research and Implementation for Vectorization of Inland Waterway

对于小型船务公司,为了节省成本,只想取得本公司业务内的航道电子地图。本文采用内河航道图的矢量化方法采集数据,生成内河航道电子地图。该方法采用区域平均滤波和航道曲线插值拟合等算法,按照"点、线、面"3个图层采集数据,实现了区域航道电子地图。试验结果表明,所开发的内河航道电子地图软件,操作方便,界面清楚,精度良好,运算效率高,并具有较好的可维护性,完全适用于小型船务公司的应用要求。

For a small shipping companies,in order to save costs,just want to get the company＇s business channel of the electronic map.The paper uses vectorization methods of inland waterways map with data collection to generate electronic maps of inland waterways.The method uses regional average interpolation filter and channel curve fitting algorithm,in accordance with ＂point,line and plane＂,three layers of data collection achieve a regional channel electronic map.The results show that the development of inland waterway electronic map software,easy to operate interface,clear,good accuracy,computational efficiency,and has good maintainability,and it is fully applicable to small shipping company＇s application requirements.
