摘要 利用无线集成传感器SP30和汽车用CAN总线实现胎压监测系统,该系统实现轮胎压力和温度的实时监控,轮胎位置的自动识别,与汽车CAN总线上其它节点的数据交换,监控模块与无线传感模块的双向数据通信控制。本文阐述监测系统总体方案,软件、硬件设计。通过实验室台架试验,该系统能准确监控轮胎的压力和温度,并能利用CAN总线实现数据正确交换。 Based on wireless sensor SP30 and CAN(Control Area Network) bus,the bidirectional tire pressure monitoring system is realized.This system monitors the real-time pressure and temperature in the tire.The tire position is identified automatically.It exchanges the data with other nodes in the CAN bus.The bidirectional communication is realized between the monitor module and the wireless sensor module.The control scheme,hardware and software design are introduced.The bench test in the lab shows that the TPMS can monitor the tire pressure and temperature accurately.The data can be exactly exchanged between the TPMS and CAN bus node.
