摘要 运用逐步回归分析研究了化学成分对S20A钢横向冲击功的影响。结果表明,影响横向冲击功的化学成分为:C、Mn、S三元素的含量,其关系式为Aku2=325.7-649.6[C]-210.1[Mn]-3757.6[S],由回归方程式可得,如果把化学成分按东北特钢集团北满特钢公司内控规范控制,即控制范围为:C≤0.16%~0.19%,S≤0.015%,Mn0.25%~0.35%,合格率可达到95%以上。 The effect of chemical composition on transverse impact toughness of S20A steel was analyzed and researched by stepwise regression. The result showed that the chemical composition which effects transverse impact is the content of C, Mn and S, whose relation formula is Aku2 = 325.7- 649.6[C] -210. 1[Mn] -3757.6[S]. By the regression formula it was obtained that if the elements are in the limits of the inner specifications made by the company, qualified ratio could reach more than 95 %. The limits is : C≤0.16% - 0.19%,S≤0.015%,Mn0.25%- 0.35%.
