S30815奥氏体耐热钢的冶炼及挤压钢管试制工艺研究

摘要 试制冶炼S30815(1Cr21Ni11Si2NCe)含铈奥氏体耐热钢管,技术难度大。由于该钢含铈且有上、下限控制,而铈作为主要活泼元素之一,收得率波动很大;另本次试制的挤压管壁厚薄,外径大,生产过程中易产生偏心、性能不易控制等问题。本文通过分析讨论铈对钢的性能影响和采取的控制途径,以及通过制定热挤压成型工艺控制要点,解决了含铈奥氏体耐热钢中铈含量的控制以及钢管热挤压后的性能及偏心问题。试制后的钢管满足了ASTMA312订货技术标准的要求。 The technical requirements was difficult to meet when Ce - containing anstenite heat resistant steel pipe S30815 ( 1Cr21Ni11Si2NCe) was produced in trial scale. This steel has requirement on upper and lower limit of Ce, which is the main active element in the steel and its yield rate fluctuate remarkably. In the trial production, the wall thickness of the pipe was thin and the outer diameter was large, so eccentricity was caused easily and the properties difficult to control. In this papers based on the analysis on the effect of Ce on the properties of the steel and the countermeasures, the key paint for forming process by hot extrusion was formulated, so the problem of Ce content controlling, the properties of the pipe after hot extrusion and eccentricity were solved. The results showed that the pipe produced in trial scale could meet the requirements of ASTM A312.
