湿法磷酸一步法脱色脱氟工艺研究及其数据挖掘 被引量:4

摘要 对以活性炭和碳酸钠为脱色剂和脱氟剂的一步法脱色脱氟净化湿法磷酸工艺进行研究。基于正交设计、回归分析建模及最优计算,对试验得到的小型数据库作数据挖掘。以Gore膜为过滤介质,得到湿法磷酸一步法脱色脱氟最佳工艺条件为:反应温度90℃,反应时间42 min,活性炭添加量为1.11 g(约为湿法磷酸处理质量的0.30%),碳酸钠添加量为湿法磷酸处理质量的0.84%,静置时间为1 d。在此条件下,湿法磷酸脱色率约为90%,脱氟率可达到80%以上,与数据挖掘得到的最佳结果基本吻合。 The effect factors of the single-step decolorization and defluorination technology of wet-process phosphoric acid(WPA) by activated carbon and Na2CO3 were investigated.Based on the orthoplan,stepwise regression and optimization calculation,data mining was conducted to the small database from the experiments.With the Gore membrane as the filter medium,the best technological conditions of decolorization and defluorinate were obtained the basis of experiments: the reaction temperature 90 ℃,reaction time 42 min,dosage of Na2CO3 0.84%,dosage of activated carbon 1.11 g(about 0.30%) and sedimentation time 1 day.Under this condition,the decolorization rate can reach 90% and the defluorinate rate can reach 80%,it almost tallies the optimum result of data miming.
