摘要
以回收的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为原料,制备乙酸酐封端的对苯型不饱和聚酯,并测定其力学性能和耐化学腐蚀性能。通过优化制备不饱和聚酯的醇解、酯化、混合和固化的工艺参数,得到了力学性质与常规不饱和聚酯相近,且具优良耐水和耐化学腐蚀性能的不饱和树脂。
The preparation,chemical resistant properties and mechanical properties of acetic anhydride end-capped unsaturated polyester from recovered poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) were studied in this paper.The technological parameters including alcoholysis,esterification,mixing,and curing were optimized.The results showed that the prepared unsaturated polyester had good water resistant and chemical resistant properties,and was similar to the common unsaturated polyesters in mechanical properties.
