摘要
设计以苦参碱为原料、对其酰胺键的α位引入苯基次亚甲基。在四氢呋喃中,通过氢化钠作用与芳醛类化合物反应得到四个未见文献报道的苦参碱衍生物,并通过IR、1HNMR、MS对所合成的化合物进行结构表征。
Matrine was choosed as the starting material and the phenylmethylenyl group was introduced to the α-C of amido bond.Four compounds which had not been reported in literature were synthesized by some aromatic aldehydes reaction with sodium hydride in tetrahydrofuran.The products were characterized by IR,1HNMR,and MS.
