摘要
采用小型静态气浮测试仪模拟工业中气浮阶段,考察了微生物絮凝剂MBF对炼油废水的絮凝特性。实验结果表明:当废水水质为酸性或碱性时,絮凝效果要比中性水质好;在10-60℃范围内,微生物絮凝剂的絮凝活性随着温度的升高而增大。正交实验结果表明,最优操作条件为:水温50℃,pH8.0,絮凝剂投加量0.18 m l/L。
The flocculation characteristics of a microbial flocculant MBF were studied by using a small static flotation tester to simulate the flotation of oil refinery wastewater.The results showed that MBF had better flocculation effect under acid or alkaline conditions compared with neutral condition for the removing of oil pollutant and COD,the flocculation activity increased with the increasing of temperature in the range of 10 ℃ to 60 ℃,the optimal operation conditions were obtained by orthogonal experimental as follows: wastewater temperature 50 ℃,pH 8.0,flocculant dosage 0.18ml/L.
