摘要
介绍毛细管色谱法测定脂肪酸的组成,脂肪酸经甲酯化后,应用毛细管气相色谱技术,采用甲基硅橡胶OV-1毛细管色谱柱,利用程序升温及分流进样法,通过试验选择最佳分析操作条件,较成功地测定出脂肪酸中C16及C18等组分含量。
Determination of fatty acid composition by capillary chromatography was described.After methyl esterification treatment of fatty acids,by adopting methylsilicone rubber OV-1 capillary chromatographic column,and using temperature programming and split sampling method,and selecting optimum analyzing operation conditions by experiments,contents of C16 and C18 components in the fatty acid were determined successfully.
